The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 509 designed by Philippe Briand is the new modern shaped Sun Odyssey design and complete with the wide rear drop down platform.
The cockpit is large with twin helms and ample seating, the option of the 360 docking system was available as an option. Designed for maximum performance the rig has a high aspect ratio rig that limit loads on the rig. The genoa tracks and inboard shrouds give better trim of both standard and performance sails giving easy movement around the decks.
The accommodation below decks are designed for both function and comfort, form the “U” shaped salon with seating for up to 8 guests with a choice of cabins according to the number of cabins required. The “T” shaped galley is unique in design with a 175 Lt fridge with option vertical door and 80 Lt freezer. A 3 x burner stove and oven complement the galley layout.
The below decks are very bright and airy complemented by the numerous hatches, 10 x hull port holes and long side windows allow the natural light to flood in, the yacht also benefits from led lighting throughout and low level led mood lighting.

• 4 x Cabin version with 2 x heads.
• 4 x Cabin version with 4 x heads (optional skipper cabin).
• 5 x Cabin version with 3 x heads (optional skipper cabin).
