A former Jeanneau cruiser-racer built around IRC racing, with a bulb keel, race-ready deck gear and a comfortable interior for owners who race and cruise.

The Sun Fast 35 is no longer in Jeanneau's range, but she was built first and foremost to race. Her sail plan was optimised for an IRC rating, and she carries a high-performance bulb keel under a 10.43 m hull.

On deck, the equipment and winches were adapted for racing use, so crews working hard round the cans have kit that's up to the job. Down below, Jeanneau kept the interior comfortable, which is what makes her a cruiser-racer rather than a stripped-out racing boat.

She had a remarkable first season. More than 300 were sold, Yacht in Germany voted her 2005 European boat of the year, she was named Boat of the Year at the Oslo Boat Show, and she topped USA Sailing Magazine's Top Ten.

Length overall is 10.75 m. With a draught of 2.15 m she draws a fair bit of water, so it's worth keeping that in mind for shallower harbours and drying moorings.
