I sold my old boat at Neyland and bought a replacement at Swansea, both through YACHTS.CO. I was very pleased with service provided by this company. I had dealings with several staff members, I was dealt with a sensitive, caring, supportive and friendly environment throughout, by the 6 personnel concerned. Communications (emails, telephone calls) were addressed in a very timely fashion. All paperwork was prepared professionally and accurately. We had a few days delay during the "maintenance phase' between paying the deposit, and the final delivery of the new boat. However this was down to suppliers further up the supply chain failing to supply correct parts on time. All work was carried out with no enduring faults. I would have no reservations in recommending YACHTS.CO for either a boat sale or a purchase.

From start to finish the sale of my boat was handled in a very professional way. Plus the staff there are very friendly towards me at all times.

They have been extremely helpful in guiding both my wife and I through the process of buying our first yacht in quite a few years. Assisting us with what are the right choices to make and those that are not really relevant for our particular needs. At the same time this process continued throughout a 12 month period, effectively three boat shows, involving cancelling one order, which the broker Jamie took back in to stock, and progressing with a completely new larger yacht and again helping us through that process. This must have been quite a difficult time for all the staff as we deliberated about extras, sail plans and all the various choices. Jamie not only has a great sense of humour but the patience of a Saint.

When it came to delivery, Jamie, ensured that everything was completed by the fit out crew to perfection and even though there were delays beyond his immediate control arranged to come back down to the South of France for a second time.

During the hand over Jamie realised we needed a little more time to feel perfectly at ease with our new yacht and consequently cancelled his return flight back to the UK, found some accommodation (not easy in the South of France in August) and stayed on for more time to ensure we were perfectly happy with our new toy!
