Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 479

A previous-model Jeanneau sailing yacht of around 15 metres with three or four cabins, drawn by Philippe Briand, suited to owners wanting space aboard and easy handling.
The Sun Odyssey 479 is a previous model that Jeanneau no longer builds. She was designed by Philippe Briand, with Philippe Briand Yacht Design and Jeanneau design, and drew on the best qualities of the Sun Odyssey line when she was launched.
Her long, elongated hull lines and moderate freeboard give her a good-looking profile, and they help her perform well at sea. She's 14.43 m overall, with a hull length of 13.65 m, a beam of 4.49 m and a draught of 2.24 m.
Inside, she was offered with three or four cabins, and the brief was ergonomic design, plenty of interior volume and attention to detail. She carries 240 l of fuel and 615 l of fresh water, and was built to be comfortable aboard while staying easy to handle.
