Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 52.2

A former Jeanneau model, the Sun Odyssey 52.2 is a roomy 15.39 m cruising yacht with 3 to 5 cabins, suited to families or crews who want flexible accommodation.

The Sun Odyssey 52.2 is no longer built by Jeanneau, but she stayed popular throughout her production run, and later boats were offered with two revised interior layouts in response to what owners were asking for.

In the 3 cabin owner's version, the forward head gained a separate shower compartment to starboard. To port there's extra storage and a large hanging locker that's easy to get at. The reworked layout also made room for a skipper's cabin, which is useful if you plan to sail with crew.

The 4 cabin version has folding bulkheads in the forward cabin, so it can be turned into a 3 cabin layout when you don't need the extra berth.

She's 15.39 m overall, with a hull length of 14.94 m and a draught of 2 m. Tankage is 400 l of fuel and 860 l of fresh water, she's rated for up to 8 people, and depending on the layout she has between 3 and 5 cabins.
