On 13 and 14 November 2026, Jeanneau opens the doors of its production facilities in Cholet, France, for its Private Days, and YACHTS.CO is inviting clients to join us. It is a chance to go behind the scenes at one of the best-known names in cruising yachts, see the latest models up close and talk them through with the people who build them. Places are limited, so early reservation is recommended.

Most of us meet a new yacht at a boat show or on a pontoon, finished, polished and ready to go. A factory visit offers something different. Seeing how hulls, decks and interiors come together gives a clearer sense of the thinking behind a boat, and of the care involved in building it. For anyone weighing up a new yacht, that understanding can be as valuable as any brochure.

Among the models to discover are four recent additions to the range: the SeaLoft 48, the Sun Odyssey 350, the Sun Odyssey 415 and the Sun Odyssey 455. Each answers a slightly different question about how you want to sail.

The Sun Odyssey 350 succeeds the popular Sun Odyssey 349. It is an easy-to-handle cruiser with a new hull and walk-around side decks, a layout that makes moving forward simpler and safer, whether you are picking up a mooring or simply heading to the foredeck with a cup of tea. The Sun Odyssey 415 is a family cruiser built on the hull of the well-regarded Sun Odyssey 410, paired with a new interior and a competitive price. At the larger end, the Sun Odyssey 455 is a 45-foot cruiser that is elegant, seaworthy and easy to handle, with a choice of four layouts so the accommodation can suit the way you cruise. The SeaLoft 48 completes the line-up.

Beyond the factory tour, visitors will be able to view yachts available for immediate delivery. That matters. Build slots for new boats can stretch well into the future, and a yacht that is ready now may mean the difference between waiting another season and being on the water next year. Seeing those boats in person, alongside the wider range, makes it easier to compare sizes, layouts and specifications side by side.

The Jeanneau team will also be on hand to offer expert advice. When choosing a new cruiser, it pays to think carefully about how many people you usually sail with, where you plan to cruise, how much you want to handle short-handed and how the interior will work for longer stays aboard. Questions about layouts, options and delivery are best answered in conversation, and an occasion like this allows time to ask them properly.

For anyone considering a move up in size, a first new boat or a change of model, the Private Days offer a relaxed, well-informed setting in which to make that decision, away from the bustle of a busy show.
